Booking & Payment Policies
Securing Your Date
To secure your wedding date, a signed contract and deposit are required at the time of booking. Dates and scheduled times are not reserved until both are received.
All bookings are subject to a $750 minimum and a maximum of 10 services.
Bookings that do not meet the minimum may inquire within 60 days of the wedding date for remaining availability.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after 24 hours of receipt.
Services & Scheduling
Services may be added up to three (3) weeks prior to the wedding date, provided availability allows.
Added services must be paid in advance.
When booking multiple services, additional guests may be added up until the second payment and will be included in that balance.
Any additional services requested after that point may be paid directly on the wedding day, time permitting.
All services for more than one person must take place at the same location, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All clients must be present and ready at their scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in delays and is considered a breach of contract.
Service Completion
Services will be completed to the client’s satisfaction within the allotted time. Adequate time is scheduled for each service.
Acceptance of the completed hairstyle indicates the client’s acknowledgment that the service has been rendered satisfactorily.
Trials & Consultations
Bridal trials are available upon request.
Trials are held in Lee’s Summit, MO, unless otherwise specified.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled.
A $25 late fee will be applied to the final bill.
Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are fully refundable if canceled within 24 hours of receiving the deposit.
After the 24-hour grace period, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the Artist cancels or is unable to perform services for any reason, 100% of the deposit will be refunded within two (2) weeks.
This refund constitutes the sole liability of Cheyenna’s Bridal Hair, its owners, employees, and agents.
Rescheduling
Reschedules are permitted pending Artist availability.
If rescheduled, the full contract amount will be applied as a credit toward a new date within one (1) year (52 weeks) of the original event date.
If the Artist is unavailable on the rescheduled date, the event is considered canceled and standard cancellation policies apply.
Travel & Location Fees
The client is responsible for all reasonable and necessary travel expenses.
Travel estimates are calculated at contract signing for events requiring more than one (1) hour round-trip travel from Lee’s Summit, MO.
Additional expenses incurred on the event day (including but not limited to parking, tolls, or emergency hotel accommodations due to severe weather) will be billed to the client with receipts provided.
A $50 fee applies if the getting-ready location changes on the wedding day.
Force Majeure
Neither the client nor the Artist will be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, state emergencies, war, civil disorder, or government regulations.
Day-Of Location Requirements
The day-of service location is chosen by the client; however, a designated setup table/work area must be provided to allow services to be completed efficiently.
Parking & Additional Fees
Any parking, valet, or toll fees incurred will be billed to the hotel room or invoiced separately on the event day.
Destination Weddings
For destination events, the client is responsible for all travel costs, which may include airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, parking, per diem, service incidentals, and applicable taxes.
Liability
The client agrees to release Cheyenna’s Bridal Hair, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability related to scalp or hair conditions, including but not limited to allergic reactions, knotting, or hair loss.
Final Payment
Final balances and all incurred expenses must be paid in one payment.
Final payment is due two (2) weeks (14 days) prior to the event.
Bookings made within two weeks of the event require 100% payment at signing.
Accepted forms of payment include check or credit card.
The signer of the contract is fully responsible for payment.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
